RECIPE : Lemon and Ginger Ice Tea
Ingredients
4 tsp Unwrapped Co Loose Leaf Rooibos Tea
4 cups of boiling water
½ lemon, sliced
½ cup sugar or honey
Thumb size ginger, peeled and sliced
Method
Boil a kettle and make tea in a pot with a cotton tea bag or use a tea strainer. Once brewed, add tea to a jug and add in honey or sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add in the lemon slices and fresh ginger. Leave to infuse overnight.
Add the ice tea concentrate to a jug and add another 2 cups of water.
Depending on personal preference, add more water or no water at all.
Serve with ice, mint and slices of lemon.
